This is an original Whirlpool manufactured for Amana replacement part. The basic design and dimensions have been the same for 20 years+. This accepts the round 4 pin and rectangular green/tan/white/red and green/tan/white/black wiring harness. Or the wiring coming directly from the freezer right into the ice maker socket. Some of the older 106 series part numbers are obsolete but the updated ice makers and part numbers have remained essentially same.
