The item listed is an O.E.M. single solenoid valve manufactured by Whirlpool. It it is a functional equivelant substitute and will not bracket mount as the original, but the original bracket WILL TRANSFER from the original to the valve pictured. Guaranteed the substiture valve pictured, will fit and function in tandem with the ice maker flawlessly. We sell somewhere close to 100 of these a year to Norcold customers with...NO RETURNS!!

As pictured, this valve is straight 1/4" inlet and outlet not as the original that has the antiquated 1/4" to garden hose inlet. What is pictured is EXACTLY what will be sent. This valve will work for some Norcold systems and is generally used for older upright refrigerators.
