This in a NEW OEM product and not an aftermarket look alike or a refurbished product. The ice maker comes with a 24 month replacement warranty as do all ice makers sold at all our sites. Please remember NOT to place and foreign food or drink containers in the ice bucket just below the ice maker. If the shut off arm is impaired during the cycle, it can damage and ruin the entire ice maker.
